  1. Support more Android phones.

    Support more Android phones, please.

    I've had 3 top of the line, flagship phones and not a single one of them supported Rush.

    There's already a thread titled "Support all android 10 and android 11 phones" however this has been going on longer than the release of Android 10 or 11. Support needs to go back further than Android 10. I'm not getting what I pay for — I'm not just using the free Play Store version.

    I need to cancel one of my CC plans for lack of value when I can do so without penalty. I am paying…

  4. Restore Pocophone F2 pro support

    Poco F2 pro was supported in 2020 may.

    But not anymore in 2020 november ! ???

    A lot a mobile video trainer advice trainees to buy Poco F2 pro because of its good Filmic pro and Adobe Rush compatibilty.

    And now what should they do with their Poco F2 device ?

    Planting nails ?

    So please restore Poco F2 pro compatibility ASAP !

  5. Add support for Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

    Exporter a render or save a project to a cloud drive.

    Honestly. Why wasn't this done already.

  6. Idk just make it that it doesn’t crash my iPad

    My iPad crashes frequently using this and I can’t render the video even on lower settings

    It would be awesome to get full premium Functionality on Huawei App Gallery. Love the App but couldnt pay without Google on a P40 Pro. Or is there an Alternative?

  8. This app crashes like crazy!

    Every time I try to export video this app crashes. I thought Adobe made quality software. This app is total ****. If I can ever get my video exported I will be deleting the app from all of my devices and closing my account. It is not worth the subscription fee at all.

  9. Rush 👎👎👎 really bad video editor

    Really bad experience and frustration working with this software, terrible editing - I don’t understand why Adobe having so many products cannot unify the use of tools... sorry but if you want to keep your cool and have a good day - I do not recommend this software.

    Why is Rush not working, when my Samsung Note 9 device is connected via VPN to my home infrastructure with a Fritzbox ?

  13. Resync failed clips

    when a video was prompt with failed upload. i'm unable to resync just the individual item. when the other uploads has been completed, view the project on another device is a red box.

  15. mac audio renders slow

    when opening a project on a mac that was started on windows playback and editing are fine but when rendered some audio is slow. when using the same music track on a project that was started on the mac. the music track just clicks during play back but renders fine

  17. My projects aren’t syncing to the Creative Cloud

    I have 2 projects so far I have started on Premiere Rush. Each one I have then tried to open up in Premiere Pro and each time I do, the Project loads up in an “Offline” format, whereby I cannot edit at all in Premiere Pro. I spent 3hrs of my life I’ll never get back in June, speaking to one of your online help team, and literally got no where, to the point he was arguing with me.   19. editting the same video on an iPad and Macbook Pro

    I often edit the same video on my iPad and Macbook Pro, and then back to my ipad. It would be nice when looking at "Your Projects" in RU, to see a small note next to the file name indicating "sync updated time" . This would let me know if the changes I made on one device have been "synced" and on the other device to see "updated time" stamp".

  20. User experience is appalling. Cannot use on two devices without deactivating and reactivating everytime. Support are bots very poor

    Please provide relevant help when asked.

    I have downloaded Rush on two devices and everytime I go to use it, I have to log on to web and deactivate both machines and then log back in a reactivate the machine I am working on. This should be seamless not time consuming and frustrating.

    Help is a robot for first 30 minutes, even more time consuming and cannot help.

    This is the problem when you have market share, you lose the customer experience.
