SAME COLOR TOOLS IN BOTH After Effects and Premiere Pro
You could to add the same color tools in both After Effects and Premiere Pro so that you can work on one application as well as on another, generating the same result (for example, adding the new Premiere COLOR EQUALIZER within After Effects, or to adding the power of the masks and their After Effects tracking functions within Premiere).
Thank You, Adobe.

Essential graphics panel- Add support for displaying decimal values on a slider
I've been experimenting a lot with the EG panel recently, and I've discovered a weird draw back when using slider controls within the panel.
If the value of your slider is 1.5 (or anything with a decimal), the slider displays the value as rounded to 2, but the actual value of the control remains 1.5. So what you are seeing numerically doesn't match up with what the property value actually is.
Please do away with this strange rounding function. It's very confusing when I'm passing templates off to editors.

Batch export motion graphics (mogrt)
It would be great if you could select a number of files in the project panel, right click and export all as motion graphic templates.
Now I have to do it one by one.4 votes -
Essential Graphics- add ability to swap precomps in a drop down menu
I make a lot of graphics package templates for editors, and as excited as I am about Essential Graphics, there appears to be a major thing missing in my opinion.
Often we make title cards that contain text and a brand icon. The current set up for EG doesn't allow you to switch out something like an icon (which is usually a precomp in my set ups).
Ideally you could add in a precomp or layer to the EG panel, and in the form of a drop down menu, you could select several other comps or assets (stills, video, whatever)…

ADOBE & MAXON
You could make a more stable and faster compatibility between CInema 4D and Creative Cloud. The idea of rendering faster and better in Media Encoder a Premiere file with an After Effects file wich has a Cinema 4D project inside it is really nice.

TABLET FRIENDLY
Adobe Apps should have better compatibilities with graphic tablets (wacom, huion...etc).

PHOTOSHOP GRAPHIC TABLE
After Effects knows when you are moving the layer with your pencil or painting on it, but Photoshop doesn't know it. It's horrible.

BETTER LUMETRI/COLOR WORKFLOWS
Adobe Premiere and After Effects need more powerful Lumetri tools, like better tracker masks in Premiere, as powerful as After Effects tracker masks, to do better works in terms of COLOR CORRECTION and COLOR GRADING.

Synchronize all user preferences and presets via Creative Cloud
It's great to be able to keep all keyboard layouts and workspaces in sync between multiple workstation just by logging in to Creative Cloud, but it would be even more awesome to sync all my presets (.epr,.prfpset, LUTs and so on) by using the same method.

Cinema 4D
Illustrator could be integrated the Cinema 4D functionalities without download anything.

After Effects & Audition
The interoperability could be better with these softwares, such as interoperability wich Premiere & Audition have right now, wich is really powerful.

Media encoder panel in AE and Premiere
As media encoder is becoming the main output for Ae and Pr and as media encoder'UI is quite simple it would help not waste too much time to have a panel inside the other apps that can control AME and show its state, renderqueue etc...

After Effects Project window in Premiere
Would love to open an optional dockable window in Premiere that reflected the selected After Effects project.
Instead of opening the After Effects project, or dragging items over this would be docked in Prmiere for quick access.
You could select what you needed and brought it into the source monitor.
You would be able to drag and drop into the timeline.
Lock folder structure in the After Effects Projects window.
Also, would potentially help clear RAM if After Effects didn't have to be open in the BG.

Comp & Sequence naming updates across programs — Dynamic Link
It would be a boon if Comps and Sequences in Ae/Pr were also dynamically linked by their name in either program.
For example, when in Premiere and you select a clip to "Replace with an After Effects Composition", it creates a Comp in Ae with "ProjectName Linked Comp ##". However, if you want to rename it, you have to rename that Linked Comp in both programs separately.
It would be a huge time-saver if this naming process was global across programs.

Create Video Transition Templates in After Effects to Use In Premiere Pro
A lot of us just stick to basic dissolves, but if you watch any show on TLC, you'll notice lots of custom video transitions. Lens flares, complex animations, and more. You could argue that these transitions are tacky and garrish, but sometimes, if used correctly, can really add to a production.
The current way to do transitions like these is to send the head and tail of each video clip to After Effects and do the transition there. The only problem is that this isn't flexible, and if you want to roll the edit or trim some frames, you have…
