Video file support and parentable push pins
I would like to see the option to put video files like .mp4 into the timeline and preview them at the same time as doing capture or puppeting work in the timeline.
I would like to be able to have a parenting functionality that could be linked to puppet handles via a possible tagging system to control and puppet/move multiple layers at one time in a specific spot on the art work.
Example: Human puppet playing guitar, you want the arm/hand behind the guitar neck to move and you want triggerable fingers on a layer in front of the guitar…

Jitter reduction In Body Tracking by interpolation.
Hello. I was trying out the new Body tracking and i thought two parameters could help greatly with eliminating jitter.
Interval and Degrees.
While the body is tracked at all points at all time, the system would allow you to remove tracking issues that only last a few frames.
interval would allow you to set a timeframe, that the software would then use as keyframe positions for the limbs and interpolate the tracked limbs towards those keyframe positions.
The degrees function would use the live tracking and at all times be tracking the number of degrees your body tracker limbs…

if photoshop and character animator con talk better to each other that would be great right now we have the buggiest adobe software because you keep on adding cool features that don't even work half the time

Add a middle wheel drag for timeline
In After Effects you can click the middle wheel and drag through the timeline. Can you please add a similar feature to Character Animator?

Closer integration with Stream Deck
It would be very useful to have a closer integration with Stream Deck than there currently is. I easily run out of keys on my keyboard to use as triggers and to extend functionality to Stream Desk I need to run it as a midi device.
Whilst this does work, it is laborious and having a direct integration would be ideal. This is not only for streaming but for general performance controls.

typing letters in timeline should move simultaneouslyone after the other so you can
should move simultaneously one after the other so you can basically type the word out instead of having to move to move the mouse

I want the same reproducibility in the recording of physical property behaviors as in the recording.
I recorded a scene in which a puppet flows in the wind using the physical properties behavior. However, when I play it back, it does not behave the same. Each time I play it back, the behavior is different.

Audio drops on Timeline Playhead.
Instead of audio dropping to the beginning of the track (when dragging in), it should show up on the Timeline Playhead mark!
It's mega annoying to have to go back to 00:00 and move the audio to your mark!

Please fix Dynamic Linking to Premiere Pro and After Effects
Since I need to use many features in Premiere Pro and After Effects to finish a project with Ch, I am finding dynamic linking a good idea/concept to do professional work but it always ends up making things unworkable. Right now I have a project I spent 3 weeks on, and I can't even open it in Premiere Pro, all the Ch scenes are 'pending' and I have done everything recommended on the Internet but cannot open the project in either Premiere Pro or After Effects (all the apps are updated). If Adobe cannot fix dynamic linking then please consider…

Cut and Paste Scenes
You should be able to simply COPY the assets on a scene and PASTE into another.
Or simply DUPLICATE A SCENE!

You should be able to export a camera to a different scene.

Turn on visibility of sticks in Record workspace
Similar to how you you can turn on the visibility of your dragger handles, there are times when I'd find it helpful if my sticks showed up green on the stage so I could troubleshoot their placement. When the legs or arms are warping in ways I don't like, the solution is often to trial-and-error move those sticks around and find the perfect sweet spot. I think I might be able to pinpoint what part of the stick is influencing the mesh in an ugly way if I could see the sticks while the puppet's moving.

An option to record in 1.25x, 1.50x, 2x or faster. Same for the playing.
I currently have 6+ hours of educational voice over which has to be animated and it takes me about triple the time to do the animations
1 step: head movement
2. step: draggers
3. step: triggersSo it is taking me around 18 hours of work and it would be nice to have an option for 2x speed recording since the movements required are not that complex....also for the playing

Blink and Physics need to be decoupled from frame rate
Recording a stage with 60fps and 4k settings. Blink lasts exactly 1 Frame. This looks natural in 25fps but with 60, it is just flickering.
Same with physics. Dangle is quite different if stage runs 24, 25, 30 or 60 FPS.Please at least, insert a multiplier in behaviours (blink 2x slower would result in a 30fps like behaviour when performed on a 60 fps stage).
Cycle layers already has something like this.
Idea: scaling physics to 5x or 6x would result in a slowmotion effect. Useful for a ghostly puppet for example. Or underwater
