  2. 書き出したパペットを読み込むとレイヤーピッカーや視線の設定が無効になってしまう

    レイヤーピッカーを『カメラ入力』にチェックを入れ、パペットトラックビヘイビアのアイコンを押して
    ソースパペットに反映させました。

    しかし、書き出したパペットを読み込むとその設定が無効になってしまいます。再設定をしなければならないので不便です。

    『視線』ビヘイビアも同様です。
    改善してほしいです。

  3. calibration does not work on my Mac Pro laptop

    I ran the calibration at first the animation was moving with my face and head and then it stopped. Since then the calibration does not work as the animation is not tracking anything. I am getting no errors. I am on a Mac Pro laptop MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) Processor:2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB. Pleas help. I have rebooted the program but it will no longer track me. The animation will play though.

  5. Unable to open project

    Hello, I worked on a project on Character Animator.

    I wanted to secure my working hours using google drive.

    Everything was going very well during his last weeks. But in the morning I open Character Animator and I get a message: "Cannot open project << F: //ANIMA/.../Ch Data / repo.noindex / >> If it is on a server, copy it to a local disk and open it from from this location. " I have weeks of work on this project. Please do you have a solution for me? I beg you!

  6. Adding Z-position (layer order) control to layer property

    Currently the display order of each layer is limited by hierarchy for the rigging. This makes it impossible for some character design such as having upper arms behind the torso while having forearms to be on top the torso. Giving users an ability to move each layer in z-axis can solve this.

  10. Option to Generate Puppet Map to PDF

    This option under Puppet in the top menu bar would collect all current rigging data--groups/subgroups, behaviors, triggers and swap sets, as well as the behavior parameters--and create a date/time stamped PDF document of it all. This PDF would be a reference document that could be used by a solo artist when rigging is lost or restructured and needs to be rebuilt and also by teams needing to be on the same page. It would replace the multiple screenshots, manually entered spreadsheets or artists' memory now used to keep track of the rigging data.

    Make "Push Parameters to Source Puppet" also an option in Export. As in "Export Puppet with Behavior Parameters."

  12. Hold position of draggers when puppet is armed

    I find it very frustrating when wanting to add more detail to arm motions for example that I can't see the previous position I'd recorded without un arming the puppet.

    For example, if I want to create a simple wave motion and have set a basic position for the arm but then want to add some extra motion to it, I struggle to match the original position to then add the extra piece of motion.

  13. Smooth over parts of a body recording

    You know what would be cool? I'm using the body recorder for full body recordings, and it works pretty well. Well, aside from the glitches where the body decides to become a foot taller for a second or two or the head decides to stick to one spot while the rest of the body moves as expected. Well, it'd be cool to maybe have an option to smooth over parts of a body recording between a couple frames, or have it be like another recording where you could use the blend-in and blend-out sides.   14. puppet maker customization

    Currently, there aren't a ton of options in the puppet maker.

    1) Uploading custom items currently isn't an easy task. How about a drop-down for each section where you have the option of adding an illustrator file to that area on the puppet. For instance lets say I'm looking at the chibi section and I don't see a Sikh turban, but I want to add a turban. So I go in and make one in illustrator. It could be added into the animation but if I want to have it as an always there option, having the ability to just…

  15. Physics attach

    Physics between two separate objects:

    There needs to be a feature under Physics where separate objects can SPECIFICALLY attach/detach/push/pull features. Ex: this would be great for strings being pulled or trigger on/off to detach whenever and go back to dangling as an example. Connecting two objects by certain points as marked in the rig panel (attach point pins) , where stretching or pulling strings/objects can be done in connection to other objects, all in relation to the weight of the objects themselves etc.

    PLUS this should be a feature applicable between characters and objects to their limbs/hands/etc. Hope y'all read…

  16. Customized Puppet Maker

    The user creates their own assets (face, body, etc.) which can then be used to generate many fully rigged puppets all in that user's style.

  17. Can we have a view toggle to allow us to see Dragger handles?

    I like using Dragger behaviors. Something intuitive about being able to move a limb exactly where I want it. Sure, I can get bad results if I overly rely on it, but it can help when layered atop other behaviors doing simple fixes.

    But sometimes when I'm trying to pose the character just right, I get lost in where the dragger handles actually are and end up grabbing the wrong one. It's not like I can go back if I'm having to handle multiple handles at once, meaning I have to start all over.

  18. Frame rate very low even on a powerful 2019 Mac Pro system with fast SSD and GPU

    Great app, but as soon as I record the frame rate drops, resulting in a pretty jerky animation, which is particularly noticeable on draggers. I'm using a 12 core 2019 Mac Pro with an SSD Raid, 96GB RAM and a W5700X GPU, so it's unlikely to be the machine not being powerful enough, more likely it's not utilising it fully. Otherwise, maybe this could be solved with a feature that creates smooth tweening between the frames?

  19. Adding "Record 1-Take Frame" to Body Behavior

    The Body behavior is great, but I'd rather be able to use it for recording one frame takes like I'm used to. You could add that in, by allowing a 1-Take Frame recording to have a 5 second countdown (or have it linked to the Body Behavior countdown when that behavior is armed). That would allow for those of us who don't want to try and fix bad spots in a body recording by recording a specific pose real quick and allow us to stretch that pose to however long we need it for.

  20. Compute Head Movement from Speech is erratic

    Currently, the option to Compute Head Movement from Speech produces unsatisfactory results. The head movement is erratic and independent parts of the face shift too far from their positions. This problem exists regardless of which puppet is used.
