multiple files open
Please make CA like all other apps and allow us to have more than one project open at a time. Often I need to compare two different files, esp. when troubleshooting rigging. It seems like a cludge to import a second puppet into my project just for this purpose.

Jitter reduction In Body Tracking by interpolation.
Hello. I was trying out the new Body tracking and i thought two parameters could help greatly with eliminating jitter.
Interval and Degrees.
While the body is tracked at all points at all time, the system would allow you to remove tracking issues that only last a few frames.
interval would allow you to set a timeframe, that the software would then use as keyframe positions for the limbs and interpolate the tracked limbs towards those keyframe positions.
The degrees function would use the live tracking and at all times be tracking the number of degrees your body tracker limbs…

Add a middle wheel drag for timeline
In After Effects you can click the middle wheel and drag through the timeline. Can you please add a similar feature to Character Animator?

typing letters in timeline should move simultaneouslyone after the other so you can
should move simultaneously one after the other so you can basically type the word out instead of having to move to move the mouse

Allow CH to open and work on files saved on network drives
This is an extremely important function for teams to collaborate on CH. Every time we try to access a file located on a network drive we get the error message -
"Cannot open project << F: //ANIMA/.../Ch Data / repo.noindex / >> If it is on a server, copy it to a local disk and open it from from this location."
So currently we have to backup or copy file packages to and fro different local drives to be able to work off different computers, which is very cumbersome.

Frame nudge
It would be helpful to be able to nudge performance elements forwards or backward a frame at a time. I'm able to do this in Premier by selecting a piece of footage, holding ALT, and using the arrow keys. It's a great way to quickly adjust timings.

Motion blur on camera moves
Is there a way to add motion blur on camera moves? I find that when creating camera moves with a scene camera the motion is very choppy. I realise I can do this in AE, but it is time-saving just to add camera set-ups in CA.

Live background
I'm new to Adobe and just started to use Character Animator. And I love it. But I can't find a way you can have a live backgroud in Character Animator. So I gues you can't do it. By live backgroud I mean you could set the desktop as background so you can have a caracter that can explain whats on the screen. I have two screens and want to make a video for my students where the puppets shows and explain what I'm showing on the other screen. If you could import the desktop live, or if you could have…

Well it is getting strange...
Marking the EYES as the HEAD
and when making changes in PS
changes are sometimes not reflected in CH
so I just trash everything and start over.
Even PS is very delayed in reaction time.I used PS for years and this new working
from the iCloud does not make a solid reliable
application. VERY BUGY!Like this see screen shots. Just mad edit in PS
went to scene to record in CH and look at my face?!1 vote -
Cross-eyed pupils keyboard input
Would be fun to have a keyboard input for crossed-eyes. Maybe if you held down Up+Down keys together, perhaps.

Ability to make background transparent.
Please update to allow the background to be made transparent so the animation can be layered on top of presentations or other projects. Camtasia has this function and I don't want to use Camtasia solely for this function. It would be great if this function could be added. Thank you

copy and paste animated puppets from one scene to another
I would like to copy and paste animated puppets from one scene to another.
When I try to do this I get a pop-up message (see attached pic)
What I wanted CH to do is "simply" paste one puppet with all its recorded parameters, keyframes, behaviors form one scene no another.

markers
Copy markers from After Effects and paste into Character Animator. Or at the very least, copy markers within Character Animator and paste into a different scene.

Position export to After Effects
I would love to be able to export the screen coordinates of a Handle to After Effects. This would allow users to link another object or video clip to a puppet easily in After Effects.
For example, exporting the position data from a handle on a handheld torch would allow the user to add a lighting effect that moves with the character.
