Price for Audition only is too high!
A Creative Cloud membership is very expensive when the only application I use is Audition, and only on an infrequent basis. I am also paying in Canadian dollars, so it's almost $33 per month for a program I use only a half dozen times a year. I used to own Audition CS6 outright, but it is a 32 bit application and doesn't work in MacOS Big Sur. I think the monthly cost should be half what it is, or offer us the ability to purchase Audition outright.

I continue to use Audition because it was my first DAW. I've used it since version 1. No learning curve to switch to something else.
That said, I now use Studio One 5 from PreSonus as my primary DAW. They offer a free version, which you can upgrade later if you wish. I would highly recommend checking it out. Also check out the series of Studio One tutorials from Joe Gilder on YouTube. He's a former ProTools guy that switched to Studio One several years ago.

Ain't that the truth. I upvoted.
But why do you use Audition?? I have some specific reasons, features that Audition offers that others do not, without buying expensive Plug-ins, and I use Premier so the integration makes it worthwhile. That said, I may make the leap to Logic/Final Cut when my work slows down a bit. Actually looking forward to trying.
What does Audition offer you that you need that other more affordable options (like Logic) don't offer for a flat fee?
