Issue : seamless multi-track session exports aren't that seamless
Hi everyone!
As I'm working on a video game ambiance sound, I needed to create a seamless audio. So I exported a multitrack session with all of my sounds. I imported the result (which isn't seamless), cut the beginnning and put it at the end with the fade-in/out feature (pic1). So, in Audition, when I listen to the audio, it's perfectly seamless, there's no cut or anything.
Once it's exported, the audio seems good when imported in Audition, the sound is perfectly cut (2nd track on pic2).
BUT
When you play the sound in any other software, there's a cut when the sound loops. After looking for answers, we checked the exported audio file in Audacity, and it appears Audition creates a random duration of blank space at the beginning and at the end of the exported audio (pic 3 & 4). As Audition doesn't seem to detect this blank space, we had to cut it in Audacity, which is pretty annoying to do :/
Do you have the same issue as I do? If not, how am I able to fix this?
Thanks for reading!

Oh, well. That's the issue. Didn't expect MP3 not to be accurate. But as I need compressed files for my project, I'll keep on fixing it with Audacity, which is the best solution I have. Thanks for the answer!

Are you exporting as MP3? Try using .WAV as it is sample accurate. MP3 is not sample accurate.
