Thanks for sending the dmp files. Unfortunately the information in them is not sufficient enough for us to figure out the cause of the hangs. We now need your help in narrowing it down.
Could you let us know if there are any specific steps after which you see the hang on exit? Any particular files that causes this? Any effect, local or 3rd party ones used in the sessions, or routing settings that you may have modified?

Thanks for reaching out to us. To understand the hang better, we will need the process dump from Audition when it hangs.
Could you please perform the following steps?
1. Quit the app to reproduce the hang.
2. In this state, launch the task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc)
3. Look for Adobe Audition CC in there
4. Right-click on Adobe Audition CC and choose to "Create dump file"
5. This should create a file in %temp% folder. The path for which will be shown as soon as it is created.
6. Upload this .dmp file in a file sharing website, like dropbox or wetransfer and send the link to us.We will analyze this dmp file to understand where the hang happens and let you know the next steps.
