Allow "Paste to Mark". For station tagging (and other) if you could paste the same audio to every marker the workflow would be much easier.

This came from my work last night where I voiced every day of the year, every 30 minutes of each day, every month, every season and so on each followed by the name of the PBS station. An option to "past to marks" would have saved a few hours of work. Instead, I had to skip to each mark, paste, clear and skip again.
