Audition cc2020 crashes when trying to attach album art image to ID3 metatag

RBVirtualFolder64.dll is part of Roxio cd/dvd burning software. Could you please try closing it as it probably launches in the background at startup. Thanks!

I just noticed that when I was updating my metadata. Im currently migrating to Studio One pro. Audition has now become too limited for today's industry requirements

Hi Brent, I've been working with @Michael V (Adobe) as well as others. I looked at some of the crash logs which I think might be from you. For those crash reports, it looks like the culprit is something else installed on the system called "RBVirtualFolder64.dll". Are you able to disable or uninstall whatever that is and see if that makes a difference? I'm unfamiliar with that software, but I assume it has something to do with the file system as it looks to get loaded when dealing with Save dialogs.

Thanks Brent. We're investigating this issue.

1) Open an mp3 file. 2) In the Metadata window, select the ID3 tab. 3) Click the [Browse] button next to "Album Art" 4) Watch Audition crash.

I have not been able to reproduce this in-house so far. Are you attaching .PNG or JPEG?
Thanks!
