"Move Playhead to End" Is Not Functioning Correctly Among Other 'Broken' Features
The "Move Playhead to End" command, using the END keyboard shortcut is supposed to remove the selection and move to the end of the file. This doesn't occur. The selection remains active and then the playhead is moved. This needs to be fixed.
There are many other instances where CC 19 makes things much more difficult and slows down workflows compared to Audition 3. This is one of them.
-2 save dialog boxes instead of one. (One for Audition, another if you need to browse to save to a different folder)
-Copy to New File now overrides the clipboard. Audition 3 the clipboard remained whatever was strictly Copied. Once you copy to a new file, you don't need it in the clipboard as well.
-Can't adjust the colors, and this version is WAAAY too dark, even on the lightest it allows. Pathetic that we are only "allowed" a range, instead of choosing our own. Fatigues the eyes being too dark.
-Hitting record should start recording a file with the previous attributes, instead of a dialog box popping up asking for a file name. I'll name it when I save it. The reason I hit record is because I need to record NOW. Not after I fiddle with a dialog box.
-Should be a preference to control the default save codec. I shouldn't have to reselect mp3 for every file. Let me set it once, and always save as mp3 unless I choose otherwise.
-Let me select a Default workspace, instead of just "Default". That defeats the purpose. I have a custom workspace. Let me open in that instead of "Default"
-Allow me to create folders in the File window. That would allow me to better organize files when editing.
