Bug: Incorrect display of VST plugins at high DPI resolutions
I have a similar problem with the incorrect display of plugins in Adobe Audition. My PC is set to a DPI resolution of 125 percent. Now I have the problem that the plugin StereoTool does not work. When I start Audition and load the plugin, the plugin just gets cut off. The plugin itself recognizes the higher DPI resolution, and wants to anticipate a corresponding scaling. In Audacity, for example, it works without any problems. But in Audition it is almost impossible to work with the plugin. Solving the above problem should also immediately fix this problem because it is incredibly annoying. I once attached two pictures. First the plugin in Audacity, and then in Audition.

You should be able to adjust the size of the Effect window to bring the full /UI into view. If it's not properly reporting its scaled dimensions, Audition may be displaying it as described, but scaling puts it outside the original bounds.

I hadn't noticed this until now (because you didn't show me images), but in Audacity, it's clearly visible that Windows performed the scaling (if any) - it's not the 4K rendering of the plugin. In Audition it is. So apparently in Audacity, Stereo Tool "sees" a normal screen and does nothing (and let Windows handle things), in Audition, Stereo Tool sees a higher DPI screen and adjusts itself.
