    Hi,

I would like to create a VST plugin that could allow to show an envelop like the volume envelop in Multitrack Editor. How to develop it ?

    Thanks

  2. Fader automation issue, BUG report?

When I selected 'write' mode to record fader automation, changing it back to 'read' once completed, no automation was recorded. After some testing I realised that if I use 'touch' to record the automation the fader position was recorded. This can be easily confirmed when looking at the volume keyframes. Is this a known issue in this release (Oct 2018)? In Premiere this works as expected using 'write' mode.

  4. increase/decrease Clip Gain by keycommand (external controller)

I come from a Nuendo background and there we had the option to increase/decrease the clip gain by +/- 1 dB with a keycommand (or with a Hardware controller).

we have the "clip gain" command but that only brings up the clip preferences up and puts the cursor at the numeric value.. so, still al lot mouse or numeric keypad hassle for a simple level adjustment..

  5. Improve tracks panel behavior

Tracks panel is handy but it will be great great inside this panel to :
1 - change the name and the color of the track
2 - select the track directly from it
3 - change the place of a track inside the mix

  8. Automatización "Fade In/Out" para varios bloques de audio

Cuando estás trabajando con la voz, y ya has borrado todas las partes que te interesan, sería muy útil poder seleccionar todos los bloques y aplicarles un fade in un out a todos ellos a la vez

  9. Allow for fader settings to be attached to each Cue-Marker

For live recordings using a variety of Microphones/channels with a variety of performers with different setups. During mixing each piece needs a different setup for the faders. In the refinement process the original fader settings need to be modified. to maintain the previous settings, currently each individual fader setting needs to be noted on paper which is very(!) time consuming.

  10. Convert stereo tracks into its original multi-tracks

Convert any stereo track back to it's original multi-track format by introducing machine learning and artificial intelligence by analyzing the stereo track and comparing the sounds and vocals to sounds and vocals in a database which contains a vast library of various sounds, instruments and vocals. Or let the user manually enter the types of instruments, sounds and vocals that are used on the track. Once the comparative analysis is done, it will convert the stereo track into it's original multi-track. The user can then remix, add or delete tracks from the multi-track and create something new.

  14. Parameter Envelopes for Tracks/Busses

Like in Ableton Live (visual graph curve editing) where you can select a parameter such as panning or volume or effects of specific tracks and have them change over time.

You currently have it set up for stereo panning and volume on individual clips, but it would be awesome to expand it to tracks/busses and 5.1 where you could have a track pan in surround sound space on a timeline.

  15. Allow 'set start time by first clip' for multitrack sequence (like Premiere)

In PP I can add a clip to a sequence then set the start time for that sequence (either manually or 'by first clip' - both are useful).

Why do I want this in Auditon?

Well I have an hour long recording that I want to balance, remove extraneous noises etc and bleep for compliance. All editing will be done in PP - this sweetened track will replace the raw audio files in the multicam sequence there.

For piece of mind I'd like to know that the files are the same - therefore the sweetened bounce should match the timecode…
