CC Vignette bug
I''ll often add the CC Vignette effect to an imported .AI layer to help it blend into the scene. It's very helpful in not adding additional clutter to compositions, but it increasingly makes scenes go crazy. Different zoom levels will exacerbate the bug, and saving and reopening with the effect applied seems to make it worse.
Some of the symptoms include weird screen tearing, little dots all over the comp, and the layer will "flicker" on and off as well as affecting the alpha channels on other layers.
I've attached a quick sample. This mostly shows everything but the tearing.

Chromatic aberration
Needles to say more: Please allow separation of the RGB channels in plugins like "Optics Compensation" or "Radial Blur" to make easy chromatic aberration effect possible.

Roto Brush rendering is pretty bad,

Motion tile and image positioning
I've had a few issues with motion tile and the positioning of my images. Before this recent update I could put motion tile onto one clip, set the output width and height to 400 and mirror the edges, I'd then copy it and paste it onto the rest of my clips with no issue. Now after this update when I paste motion tile with these settings it changes the position of the image. Also, I change the positioning of my images in Premiere Pro a lot so that it fits in my frame, and when I go into After Effects…

Could Ae have it's own exponential glow?
So you don't have to recreate it each time buy duplicating and connecting controls, should be easy to machine learn it - on how people tend to use such effects and implement clever controls (look at how plugin Saber from video copilot deals with glow - that's terrific!)

Support for 180° in VR Converter effect
I have 180° fisheye footage that I want to convert to Equirectangular. There is no 1:1 option, so I have to choose 2:1, then precompose and crop my comp to square.
Most of the acquired effects from Mettle expect you to be working in a 360° workflow, and it's not ideal for someone who works primarily in 180°

32bpc and screen layer mode
In 32bpc mode, if footages had got HDR(1.0+ or 0.0-) pixels, screen layer mode doesn't work properly.

Fuse Integration
Used Fuse and Photoshop to create 3D characters but it would be phenomenal if these characters could be imported into After Effects and where the AE lights, cameras, and the C4D renderer could be used to composite a scene. Please consider integrating Fuse and After Effects.

This is coming up every single time I try to change the 'Particle Type' to a 'Textured Polygon' when using Trapcode Particular.

Smear/smudge feature in the clone stamp tool
It should be possible to blur/smear/smudge strokes to allow for color uniformity when making a clean plate, for instance. Take note from Nuke's rotopaint node.

Allow user to change the default mode when creating a mask. (e.g. add, subtract, none)
When I create a mask in After Effects the mask's mode is automatically set to "add". I generally want my masks set to "none" while I am working as I am doing rotoscoping. It would be great if I could choose what the default mode is for newly created masks.

Bug Report: AE 15.0.1 unable to interpret alpha channel- unless there is a starting frame with alpha.
When doing character animation, I typically use Toonboom Harmony, and then render out PNG4 sequences for compositing in AE. However, since version 15.0.1, I've been having an issue where my PNG sequences were not having their alpha interpreted. While this is hard to convey without pictures, here's how I solved the issue and it may help you guys to squash the bug:
1) In Toonboom, I create an animation that starts on a full background, no alpha channel, then transitions in-animation to a wipe that then needs to be comped in AE.

Bug - Master Properties and toComp() expression
Most expressions linked to a Master Property work properly when the MP is changed across different instances, but a few expression methods like toComp() and fromComp() always act as if the layer being referenced has its original transform data, even if those properties are being changed instance-wise by the Master Properties.
For instance, if in "Comp 1" I put a Beam effect, using the positions of two 3D layers as the endpoints using toComp(), and control the positions of said layers via MP's in "Comp 2" (or control the "Comp 1"s camera position, etc.), the Beam endpoints just stay in…

VR Comp Editor has a bug in Windows but not in Mac version
VR comp editor on Windows does not work in terms of Apply AE 3D CameraTracker. Please fix this.

There needs to be support to open and edit compressed 3:1 dng files made on Blackmagic cameras!
Any idea Adobe if and when you can look into this issue please??
