Camera Lens Blur without a Blur Map layer set up crashes on rendering.
Reports an Error(Code 19969) quits rendering, viewports dark, have to restart.

Thank you for reporting this issue, and sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Thank you for including the version info and your system specs!
On a Windows system with an Nvidia GPU, I tried rendering a comp using the Camera Lens Blur effect on HD footage without a Blur Map layer set, both for preview and through the Render Queue, but I didn't experience any crashes or failures to render. Would you be able to share your project and assets with us so that we can diagnose what might be failing? If not, a screen share of the issue occurring would be extremely helpful as well.
Additionally, does the Crash Report dialog show up when you crash? If you submit a crash report with your email, that will also help us to further investigate the issue.
