TL;DR
Make the box that shows Speed and Influence in the graph editor show up when I hover my mouse over a keyframe handle, not just when I click and drag it.

When doing custom curves for keyframes in the graph editor, I will manipulate the handles on a keyframe to set the Influence factor I want. When going back to tweak a handle, it would be nice to be able to see what setting it is currently sitting at without having to either move the handle to check, then undoing the change; or right-clicking the keyframe and selecting Keyframe Velocity to see the settings.

My suggestion is that a tool-tip be added so that when I hover my mouse over a keyframe's handle in the graph editor, I see a context box similar to hovering over the curve itself. This box should show the current settings for Speed and Influence of that handle.
