something changed in Mocha when AE updated to 2022. the caching in Mocha is completely broken. clips flicker all over the timeline from one frame to the next randomly sampling frames from the clip. This makes tracking and roto impossible. I have tested this on 3 machines and they all do it. Here's how i have to solve this: press caps lock to disable refresh, purge all cache in AE, then with the caps lock on, load Mocha AE, and clear all cache in mocha, then release the caps lock and cache the clip. I have to do this every time I load Mocha in AE 2022. AE 2021 does not do this.

Updated AE22.2.1 may have fixed this issue. still testing but have not seen it re appear since update.
