Please migrate my account so I am not being charged twice for the same product
I have tried to make contact with support but I receive no response and if I try to cancel the account, Im told that I will be charged an early cancellation policy. Do you have a helpline or support email?
Hi Allison, very sorry to hear you are having troubles getting through. As far as I know, the quickest way to reach Support is to click on your avatar in the upper right of the Creative Cloud app, and go to the 'Contact us' page. You can also find the Contact Us chat option by scrolling down on this page (https://helpx.adobe.com/support/after-effects.html), hopefully they will be able to help.
