Composition view jittery scrubbing
In AE 22 (works fine in 21) whenever I scub the timeline, ie scubing forward, the viewport shows frames jumping around, it shows the next frame, then 20 frames earliier, then the next frame again and so on. It plays back properly, it's just during scrubbing. I noticed that the solution to this is to sync the current working res to the zoom level, so ie:
- Full res 100% zoom - scrubs fine
- Full res 50% zoom - jittery
- Half res 50% zoom - scrubs fine
- Half res 100% zoom - jittery
Anyone else experiencing this behaviour?

I absolutely ran into this issue, but upgrading to 22.3 fixed it for me. The biggest culprit was in Mocha AE, which was infuriating since out of sequence frames makes tracking impossible. the upgrade fixed that, but it's still there in Mocha Pro v8.x.x (the AE plug in version not the standalone). I think it's some kind of caching issue caused by the Multiframe rendering feature.

this really pulls me out of the zone when what I'm looking at flashes and changes erratically. I can't stand this kind of stuff.

I am too. it's super spotty, and I work with 4k, 6k anamorphic and the works, so ut's really punishing. I voted, but take this comment in the algo too, and don't forget to help out others that are having issues! https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/911311-after-effects/suggestions/44254728-stop-adding-new-features-till-the-program-works-at if we band together, maybe they'll need to cover their ears to ignore us!

Yes, same here. I'm on 22.2.1 (Build 3). Hard to use an animation package with one of the most basic animation features broken.
