Move the View Options from the menu to the Composition Window
The "View->View Options" menu item is poorly placed. This is a Composition Window specific setting. It is simply ghosted if a composition window isn't active, which is not proper UI behavior. These settings should be moved to a new Composition Window button next to the other window specific settings.
