Multiframe rendering checkbox in Preview Panel
Multiframe rendering is necessery, ok nice, BUT if this option is turn-on, another app die. Example Blender.
We don't need (in my case) every time this option ON. I usally use for preview and somethimes for render. Easy way for turn On and Off this functionality is add the same checkbox in Preview panel.
Another update try to use GPU performance.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It sounds like you might need to reserve more of your CPU for Blender and other applications.
In the preferences under Memory & Performance, there is a "% CPU Reserved for Other Applications" preference which allows you to set how much CPU is left available for other apps. The default is 10%, so AE will attempt to use 90% of your CPU. Try setting this to a higher value than 10% so that other applications have enough CPU to run.
