When I import ARRI RAW MXFs from Alexa Mini that were shot with a different pixel aspect ratio than square (2:1 Anamorphic in our case) the footage is interpreted with a wrong resolution. Instead of 4448x3096 (which is the native resolution it was shot in) the footage has 4448x1548. I guess that it desqueezes the footage, puts it out in native resolution but only uses the longer side for that transform, meaning I lose resolution. In my case I got that a few hours too late and now have to redo a lot of work. Could you check that out?
