I'm using ryzen 5 4600hs with 8gb ram and 1 tb ssd with 200 gb free space and I'm using nvidia gtx 1650 ti with 4gb graphic card. I alloted 6gb ram for after effects in preferences. and Installed 3 times after i'm keep on getting this error. I'm editing 30 seconds footage of3840 x 2160 resolution with 30 fps. My computer is pretty new and I don't know why I'm getting this error. before this library failure error, I used to get "caf: out of memory" error. After i re-installed, now I'm getting this "caf: external library failure (error in opencv). I checked all forums and all support pages but there is no solution for this problem. I'm just removing object from the footage which is just small but I don't know what's happening now. I don't have any problems with my hardware, I'm pretty sure it is the error from after effects software. Please help me immediately I need to meet my deadlines. I'm attaching screenshots of the errors
