Slow, laggy, please BRING BACK H264/H265 codec
All major online video platforms utilize and prefer H264/H265 codec's when uploading. We were once able to render directly from the software. Since the codec isn't fully supported but I can import some videos, sometimes they look ok and sometimes they don't. When I try to render, some render fine and others render in mostly green with red flickers, with the same render settings. I honestly never had this issue before. PLEASE BRING BACK H264/H265 COMPATABILITY for all our sakes and mental health. I am sure you are making some college students go premature grey.
In an effort to improve communications between you and the After Effects team, we are moving this feedback forum to the After Effects page on the Adobe Support Community. As requested, bugs and feature requests will be able to live separately in that forum. If you have an item here that did not make the migration, please bring it over to our new home.
See you soon on the Adobe Support Forum!

Have you tried rendering with Adobe Media Encoder? It does H264 very well in my experience.

I realize there are plug-ins but at 90+ dollars, that is highly inconvenient for some, and I am too old and respectful to be trying to use cracked software, whatever it is.
