BUG: AE v.18.1- Shape and Mask vector line doesn't align to shape or mask
In v.18.1 After Effects, the editable vector line describing a shape or mask does not align to the shape or mask. It is offset by 1-2 pixels, which makes accurate work difficult.

This is a new bug! I'm trying to do some very precise stuff and as you can see, the pixels don't align with the guides or the edges of the frame!
At high levels of zoom, when you move the view horizontally, the guides/frame edges move together. But when you move it vertically, the pixels jump one pixel at a time, and the guides move smoothly, so they become completely misaligned. This is....horrific

Two 24x24 solids in a 1920x1080 comp, no position or anchor point changes. The blue one is AE 17.6, the red one is 18.4.1. What's going on? All masks are off by 1px as well. Needs fixing ASAP.

Following up on this. The behavior is not present in AE 2015, which I keep installed. See these screenshots for comparison.
