Thanks Claude! Unfortunally this doesn't work for project/layer then for me is useless, but thanks, anyway...
I think that could be a good Idea actively share this need with the community, maybe them can upvote this until the adobe give us a light.

Hi Sam I found on youTube a way at least to partially get a better font size. Although the video applies to Premiere Pro 2020 I tried it on AE 2021 and it worked; I hope this helps but as many other users for the last 10 years I consider totally irresponsible the way Adobe doesn't solve an absolutely necessary possibility in ALL its programs. We should not ruin our eyesight because some people do not care for others health!

simply let the user decide, if he wants a bit more quality for his eyes to easily see and read the UI text. it's sooo exhausting to use Ae. Please make it like in Illustrator! That would be great!
