I'm using MAC OS CATALINA 10.15.7
The problem I will report on happens only in AE 17.5.1 and 17.6
previous versions and After Effects BETA have no problem.

Importing .aep files takes forever to complete.

When I try to import a .aep file of just 500kb with several layers through the menu> File> Import.
or use a script with importFile ()
The AE hangs for almost 2 minutes before releasing use.

And it shows this on the console:

<AE.GetCodeCacheDelegate> <5> CodeCacheDelegate for Expressions is 0x10a53b140

It looks like it checks all layers, does some kind of .aep confirmation before authorizing the import.

But the strange thing is:
If I import a .aep file (super simple) with only one comp and one text layer. It imports normally and instantly.
From that moment on, all other .aep files are imported without any problem, even the file with <AE.GetCodeCacheDelegate> in the console is imported immediately, no matter the size of the files or the number of layers.

I am a developer and this is hindering the import system using importFile ().
Hundreds of customers are complaining about the time it takes to import a template.
Is there any solution that I can implement in my extension that will cause the files to be imported as expected? Some type of Bypass in this check of <AE.GetCodeCacheDelegate> ???
