How can we improve After Effects?

My Adobe After Effects keeps crashing every time I use it. And everytime it crashes, my entire computer does.

    Sorry this is happening to you and thank you for posting here. Do you get a chance to send a crash report or is it launch and the application and system crashes in one go?

    I know I have experienced whole system crashes in other applications when an old graphics card was incompatible.

    Could you please comment as well on your system information? OS, processor, GPU, it could help point to the issue.
