BUG REPORT: Ae 17.1.2 ans 17.1.3
Since v17.1.2 and 17.1.3, when I save a Mogrt to my cloud library on any of my machines the mogrt does not appear. Also, a 'Support Files' folder is not created.

Hi. I had updated some templates in 17.1, which were made in cc 2019 or earlier. So know it worked then. The problem appeared to me after I updated to 17.1.2 a week or two ago, then tried to work on some new templates last week. Part of that meant calling up templates made in CC 2019, but they would not open and I hotly an error message saying AE couldn’t find the entry point for ‘BallAction.aex (although they were fine when I opened them in CC 2019). I will be honest and say when I was troubleshooting last night, I found I could save to the library...
Regarding ’Support Files Folder’, I get the attached error message every time I open Ae, since uninstalling 17.1.2 and installing 17.1.3. The address for these missing files is ‘After Effects 2020/ Support Files/plug-ins.’ I see there is a similar folder for earlier versions on my OC. The top missing file in the list is BallAction.aex, which is causing the ‘Entry Point’ error above...
I spoke with Adobe and they recommend I uninstall and try again to fix the missing file, which I will try later. -
Hi Graham,
We've recently been made aware of this issue by other users and are trying to find the cause. Unfortunately, most folks have not been able to reproduce the issue, while some of us have-- making it even more frustrating.
If you wouldn't mind sharing a few more details, I'd be super grateful as we try to get this resolved.
Was there a point when this started breaking for you or a particular project that it began with?
Were you able to export to CC Libs successfully prior to updating to 17.1.2?
Have you been able to export to a Local folder successfully?Separately, when you say "Support Files" folder is not created, what are you referring to?
Thanks for taking the time to share this issue,
Dacia
