Render Push Notifications via Mobile Device
Rendering is a part of the experience we all just sit around waiting for. We want to be able to take a nap or go get some food without worrying my render has failed or that my computer is just sitting there when I have deadlines.
Introduce a function via Adobe CC perhaps that would allow you to track and notify you about the completion of renders in After Effects, Premiere or Media Encoder.
Here is a concept video designed to give you some ideas: https://youtu.be/G9kQEchDun0
Mobile notifications for renders are now in public beta! They’re available in build 18.4×37 or later. You’ll also need the Creative Cloud app on iOS or Android.
If you haven’t used the public beta before, you can download today’s release in the Creative Cloud desktop app. Look for the “Beta Apps” tab on the left side. The public beta installs right alongside your release builds and projects are compatible so you can go back and forth as needed.
Looking forward to your feedback! You can share your thoughts in our beta forum here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-beta/render-queue-notifications-now-available-in-18-4x37/m-p/12131167

I want to monitor the rendering status in real time. Or you may be notified about once every 10 minutes.

Would be cool for longer renders if in the settings there was an option to get a text or email when a render is complete.

Oh man, this would be a game changer. There's so many instances where I duck out while rendering happens. The only work around I've found is that everything on my server is sync'd to dropbox, so if I'm out, I can't see the file until it's sync'd. A little iphone notification when it's complete would be so good.

Agree. I'd like to see this as a native function available in AE and Premiere.

I saw a YouTube video with a proposed feature request (fan made) that sent render status and notifications to the Adobe Creative Cloud mobile app. I would use this feature. Like right now I'm making breakfast while a sequence renders downstairs. I have to periodically check on the status, or remote in to my system to check on the progress. All clumsy workarounds. A built in notification function through an app on my phone with render status info is cleaner and more intuitive approach. Adobe could do this, and could have years ago, but they haven't for some reason. We aren't the only ones who would like render notifications. The need exists.
I’ve been using Adobe suite for about 10yrs now. One of the major issues has been with scheduling other things to line with an export or a render. Even though the software tries to approximate render time, it’s not always correct. There’s also a thing where creators just want to sit and watch their render/export finish.
So imagine an app that sends a notification to your phone once your work is finished. Maybe with cloud services you can even watch a quick preview. That way you can leave your rendering and go do something else.
