Make Center in View do what it promises
'Layer/Transform/Center in View' seems to be a function that centers the selected Layer in the current view. But when zoomed in, this is not true.
It centers the Layer in the middle of the Comp, not the view.
It would be great if it actually can center a Layer in the view: this makes it more easy to work on details, and position Layers in detail.
Jan, in After Effects, "view" refers to the viewer panel, or if the viewer is set to multiple 3D views (top, left, right, etc.), one of those 3D views.
I don't agree that the existing Center in View command should be changed.
A different solution is needed to solve your problem, I think. Maybe a new command, "Center in Zoomed View"?
