motion blur and continuously rasterize - Bug
On After Effects CC 2019: When I hit the motion blur button and the continuously rasterize button on a composition, After Effects crashes down or the composition get double and changes its place.

We need more information to be able to investigate this problem.
Can you post a project that experiences this problem? And/or a screen recording of the problem in action.

Apparently the .aep file isn't allowed, but hopefully you see what you need in the screenshots.

I'm also experiencing this issue. Attaching a sample .aep and 2 screenshots. Substitute in any .ai image you want for "eastshores_Warning_Notification.ai". I don't think you'll be able to see the problem without a linked image.
With either motion blur or continuous rasterize turned off, the images appear in their proper locations.
With both blur and rasterize on, the frames outlining the layers still appear in the correct position when you hover over them with the mouse, but the images themselves don't display there. They jump to the top left corner in my case (i think one disappears entirely).
