Bug: "Time out obtaining dynamic link server connection"

3D camera tracking doesn't work on my Macbook Pro with Adobe After Effects CC 2019. After a few minutes in the initializing fase I get the error: "Time out obtaining dynamic link server connection". We have tried .mov and .mp4 files. Both stored on internal SSD-drive. The user has admin rights.
