In future releases of After Effects updates, would it be possible to make the Rotobrush behave more like a manual brush to better record our actions as we draw upon the surface that we want to separate from the background? I know the Favor Current Edges feature helps with this but there are still calculations that throw off the contour lines you set. If only there was a way to better track the outlines we set on the base frame, plus have the rotobrush more accurately record our manual strokes set. I believe it will speed up the rotoscoping process. Most people, myself included know that the seconds and few minutes spent trying to get the contour lines set upon the object we need to separate from the background costs precious time. Lastly, it would be nice once we are done with the rotobrush and freezing it, to be able to convert the effect into a mask? I think this would greatly expand up the people who would use it more. Most of the people at the studio hate rotobrush, but I find it quite useful since I don't have to worry about the tracking of the object I need to rotoscope.
