When Queueing my Sequences from Premiere 15.4.1 to Media Encoder 15.4.1, my Dynamic Linked After Effects Comps are not always exporting correctly. It will skip, jump, or use old versions that do not reflect the current versions. This happens nearly every time, and my Sequences have multiple linked Comps.

If I export directly from Premiere it exports correctly every time.

I get similar but less frequent audio issues when exporting via the Queue in AME. Audio transitions may not be present and sometimes audio will be shifted or overlap when there is a hard cut. Again this does not happen when I export directly from Premiere.

I export to Pro Res, so its not even an issue with going to h.264 or a similar heavy, delivery codec (it also happens regardless of codec used).

I often need to queue up multiple exports at a time so this has been a real problem lately.
