Media Encoder don't queue

Since last update Media Encoder don't queue any projects from Ae. What happens?

    AE 17.1.3

    Mac Pro (2019)

    With restarts of software, I can sometimes get it to AME, but then it gets hung up on "connecting to a project..." or "connecting to dynamic link"

    Same here. When I "Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue" it just opens media encoder but doesn't add to the queue.

    I am using AE 17.1.1 and AME 14.3 on Mac OS 10.14 Mojave.

    [Edit] Also, when I try to import an AE project directly into AME it says "The project could not be opened."
