DPP AS11 files level shift
Exporting DPP AS11 files has awful levels shift. Shadows raised and highlights dropped. I've tested creating AS11 in Media Encoder from a dozen different mezzanine files and encounter the same. So Media Encoder doesn't appear to be an option for AS11 creation as far as I can tell. It's strange as I've used it the past so will test some older Media Encoder versions and see if there is a version where it works.

Hi Tom,
I've just updated to 14.3.0 (build 38) and to confirm the same issue is present:"Found 1 structural problem with AS-11 UK DPP conformance:
- Picture Essence Descriptor item 'Coding Equations' must be [060e2b34.04010101.04010101.02020000] (when present) but was [060e2b34.0401010d.04010101.02020000]."Thanks,

Tom. Apologies, I was not on the most recent version. This issue of a tag with incorrect video levels has been fixed on V14.2, however files still do not pass an AQC check for AS-11 UK DPP Structural Metadata, they fail with the following error:
"- Picture Essence Descriptor item 'Coding Equations' must be [060e2b34.04010101.04010101.02020000] (when present) but was [060e2b34.0401010d.04010101.02020000]."
Please see attached AQC report to corroberate this. -
Ryan, this issue was addressed in the 14.1 release of Premiere. Can you please check your version to make sure you are updated to the latest version of Premiere?

This is still a problem. This is adding a lot of time to our workflow as we have to round trip through a seperate app.
As is, Premiere does not export DPP legal files and can't be used for this application. -

FYI If anyone from adobe is looking into this. DPP AS11 file creation works fine in Media Encoder 2017. After 2017 (v 11.1.2.35) it's not working. We were looking at shifting to media encoder for AS11 creation but this means it's a no go. I've tested the same files via Apple Compressor and Avid Media Composer and can create the files perfectly. Our only option with Adobe would be to put all our systems on Media Encoder 2017 which isn't practical.
