How can we improve Media Encoder?

BUG: Audio Effects not rendering

When I render through Media Encoder 12.1.1 to h.264 some Audio Effects such as compressors are totally ignored. Rendering directly through Premiere works though. This CC 2018 is still a total mess...

    I experienced this problem.
    After speaking with someone on the Australian Premiere Users Group, it was explained that a mismatch between Premiere and Media Encoder versions can result in this.
    In my case it was Premiere (14.9) and Media Encoder (14.1).
