How can we improve Media Encoder?

AVI support

Please add support for avi formats. Some of my devices save the recordings in avi formats and I lose quality when converting :(

    I used an older version of Premiere Pro that had support for AVI files for years. Now I have over 100 projects archived with AVI files in them that will not work in the current version of Premiere Pro. It's maddening.
