Adobe Media Encoder is Crashing on Batch Exports
Adobe Media Encoder CC2018 - Latest Update is crashing on Batch Queues. Initially it was a proxy exports and I just recently saw it happen with a batch queue of sequences for review / master file delivery.

It seems to get stuck on "Reading XMP" for ages then will crash after making a few files. This is under OSX.

AME CC2018 consistently freezes on batch encoding and proxy creation. It's been like this for weeks. A critical part of the Adobe CC Suite simply does not work, and I've seen no sign this is being addressed.

This is basic functionality of media encoder failing. It's sole purpose is to enable batch encodes and it can't manage it! This is embarrassing.

This is happening to me as well. When I send proxies to be transcoded it freezes up both PR and AME after about 10 or 15 files. SO I tried to just import them in manually and transcode them. Same thing. Driving me nuts.
