HDV Audio
When capturing HDV-video from a HDV-tape the audio runs out of sync. In the beginning of the captured material when playing it back, there is sync, but during the length of the movie ,the audio drifts more and more out of sync. At the end of each movie the sync is off by several seconds. Please fix this bug. Third party softwares can play it back (i.e. VLC player, vegas pro, etc), why cant PremierePro, in which the material was captured in the first place.

Please Fix The Bug Where Encoding Fails When Using "Dip To White" Transition in Windows 10
I've encountered a consistent error while trying to export projects that use the "Dip To White" transition in Windows 10. However, when I switch the transitions to "Cross dissolve" I encounter no error and the encoding continues with no further errors. Has anyone else encountered this bug? I even updated Premiere and Media Encoder to the latest release and still encountered the problem. Here is the log of the error:
Export Error

Render Error

Writing to file: \?\F:...screencast.mp4

Selecting two clips in a timeline and then trying to make them offline [files remain on disk] causes a crash. This is on 13.0.1 on Windows 10 Pro.

BUG: Bin tab open = Timeline doesn't update
When I edit with the Project tab open the timeline works. When I open a Bin in another tab, the timeline stops updating. The playback works, but I can't see what am I doing in the timeline. If I hit space bar to play, it updates. If I stop the playback, it freezes.
Check the video attached to more information.
Thanks in advance.

When moving linked media up or down to new tracks, the attached media should also move up or down.
When video is moved up or down to a new track, the attached audio should also move up or down the tracks. For example, if I have linked clip on V1 and A1 and move the video up to V2, the audio on V1 should move to V2.

Sub Clips get put in RANDOM Folders
This bug NEEDS to be fixed - it's been a problem forever. I create sub clips and half the time, they get placed in the same folder as the master clip. But the other half of the time, Premiere will bury them somewhere deep inside a random folder and it's single handedly the worst glitch the program has. PLEASE fix ASAP, thx.

Playback Monitor Scaling that Works
My idea is to make the "For Output of unsupported frame sizes" option box work,
using a UHD timeline, and a 1080p monitor, we should be able to preview out to a BMD card. Please just give us a way to manually select an output preview res, regarldess of Sequence res.
Right now this option box doesn't do anything.

Preview Area size
PLEASE let us adjust the preview area size AND let us make it a separate window we can dock wherever we want. I love this area, but with it being so small on a UHD monitor nowadays, it's not exactly helpful. Look how small it is in my screenshot.

Using the name of a track (Video 2, Video 3... or user defined name) in the track matte key effect rather than the absolute name (V2, V3...)
When using the track matte key effect, you have to indicate on what track stands the matte. Currently, the only option is to indicate an absolute track number (V2, V3...). If you have to move clips from a track to another or insert tracks, you have to re-enter all these numbers which can be a pain **********.
The ability to enter instead the NAME of the track (Video 2, Video 3... or the name defined by the user) that contains the matte would be a great time saver.
I generally put all the mattes I use in a sequence in…

Toggling solo is required to activate audio playback. This is not a bug, it is a show stopper. This needs to the top issue addressed.
Audio is suffering from too massive issues.
1-Inconsistent audio waveform render (the "waveform" picture) which has been a long standing PITA.
2-Show stopper: this solo toggle to activate playback issue I see repeatedly mentioned here. You know those articles that talk about just how critical audio is to the production piece. It never has felt like PPro gives this that priority.
I had a director waiting for me to trouble shoot playback of a complex timeline, with nested and sub sequence parts. 2 hour job took 5.
He (and I) were not impressed.

Support viewing of angles in clips on all tracks. Currently, it's only enabled for track one.
I usually lift clips up on a different track to make selects. If they are multicam clips, I can only see the other angles on the first track. This can be changed by toggling the target but then the different angles on track 1 or 3 or 4 won't show up. Would be great to see all angles on all clips on all tracks.
