  1. P. Pro not using correct graphics card

Myself and others have found that P. Pro is not using the correct graphics card when exporting. I understand that not all export material is exported using the graphics card, and that exporting is a highly CPU entistive process, but we have found that the program will use the integrated graphics. Even the P. Pro GPUSniffer lists the dedicated graphics card first in the command prompt, but the integrated graphics is still used. More information and troubleshooting steps that have been talked can be found in the following forum/link.

  2. Premiere 2019 still refuses to utilize dedicated GPUS on dual-GPU laptops

I'm running a Surface Book 2 equipped with a GTX 1060 and Intel integrated graphics. While I have had no issues forcing Premiere Pro 2018 to utilize my GTX 1060, Premiere Pro 2019 simply will not do so, regardless of the actions I take to try and force it to do so. Some users seem to have been able to resolve the issue on desktops, but I have had no such luck on my laptop

The options to enable hardware acceleration and CUDA rendering in Premiere 2019 DO appear, and all the boxes are checked--but Premiere 2019 still defaults to…

  3. better use of GPU for more effects

Many sequences don't need anything off the GPU Accelerated Effects list, so the GPU just sits there unused while the CPU is chugging away.

Please add things to the workload of the GPU so that the CPU doesn't carry the load if GPU resources are available.

  4. Premiere Pro not using Nvidia GPU for rendering

My laptop has an Intel integrated GPU and a Nvidia Gtx960M GPU, however premiere pro will only use the Intel GPU for rendering, even if I have set the renderer to be CUDA and forced premiere to use the Nvidia GPU in Nvidia settings.

  5. ability to choose graphic card

us that need to work on the road and have the newer laptops with dual GPU's are currently grossly set back as Premiere prioritizes the internal Intel graphic card, instead of the Nvdia card that is also present in the laptop.
It's a widespread problem (few google searches proofs that) and it would be nice to have it fixed. especially as it's a trend with a dGPU.
    thanks in advance.

  7. Premiere Pro not using Dedicated GPU.

Premiere Pro is not using my Dedicated Graphics card: GTX 1080 6GB. It is using the CPU and my internal GPU, even if I set all the settings to use the GTX and add the card to cuda_supported_cards.txt.

  8. Nvidia GTX 1050 CUDA issue

Having a lots of CUDA playback issues (CUDA playback dropping off, black screen after few minutes) with Dell XPS 15 9750 with Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti. I got it to work reliably with and older GeForce driver (397.93) which I can no longer install because Win 10 64 automatic updates. The newer GeForce drivers 416.34 and 416.81 (compatible with Win 10 64 Built 17134) have CUDA playback issues with laster version of Premiere Pro CC (Version 13.0.1 (built 13). You can revert your project to Open CL mode which works reliably but much slower export/playback. Really frustrating with a new…

  9. Premiere Pro using Integrated and not Dedicated Graphics Card

I have GTX 1660 Ti and it cannot detected by Premiere Pro. It's using iGPU. I disabled my iGPU on BIOS. I'm using desktop PC btw. And now it seems it isn't using iGPU or dGPU either. It uses only my CPU. And in export settings, "Software Only" is avaible. Where's hardware acceleration? There is not. I updated my GPU to last driver on GeForce Exprience. I checked GPUSniffer, it detect my GPU but it isn't avaible on program.

  10. Fix the GPU acceleration issue with AMD Radeon r9 m370x 2048mb. The cuda drivers aren't recognized. Ever since I updated to Mojave... SUCK

Fix the GPU acceleration issue with AMD Radeon r9 m370x 2048mb. The cuda drivers aren't recognized and I keep getting an error when trying to use Effects saying it "Requires GPU acceleration". Ever since I updated to Mojave... Adobe Premiere works like ******* ****. I'm so ****** off that I'm paying $30 a month for a **** product that doesn't even work!

  11. eGPU support

It looks like playback with effects turned on does not really offload much of the processing power to my eGPU. I'd imagine this is frustrating for most laptop users who have an eGPU at home they plug into. Please allow the offloading of graphics processing to the eGPU. Thanks!

  13. Add to the recommended video adapters to accelerate the GPU -> GTX1080

Add to the recommended video adapters to accelerate the GPU -> GTX1080. A lot of users use these cards. Forums are overwhelmed with this problem.

  14. Adobe doesn't recognize graphics card

Premiere Pro and Media encoder CC 2019 do not recognize my graphics card. I have tried multiple nvidia drivers.

  15. Please give us option to chose the GPU we want to route to.

My internal GPU cannot not be used for Premiere, which is insane that I have an Nvidia 1060 in my laptop that can't be used.

  16. We're still hoping for multiple-GPU support for live playback for HD and 4K

On Mac I use Activity Monitor which continues to show the use of only one GPU for timeline playback, rendered or not.

My 2013 Mac Pro has two very fine Radeon D500's, each with 3GB cache.

  18. eGPU is no longer used in recent update to Premiere

Ever since installing Premiere 13.1.2, I get 0 eGPU utilization and dramatically increased render times because of this.

  19. Sistem Comptability Report

Good day. Today, when I tried to enter Premiere, I received a message stating that the wrong driver for the video card was installed on my laptop. My Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 15.6 "laptop. It has a discrete video card MX150 and integrated Intel UHD 620. The automatic driver search said that I had the correct driver installed. And I didn’t offer me to update it. I was scanned on Intel’s website and it’s so I didn’t specify what I need to update the drivers for the video card, although the driver for the Intel UHD 620 is specified in…

  20. Mercury Playback Engine - CUDA Failed Renders - Quadro M1000M

Until recently CUDA accelerated exports were no problem. Now they are. Every time I attempt to export with GPU acceleration turned on, the export fails. The drivers are up to date, exactly as prompted by the Premiere compatibility check. The only way to export without failure is to switch to "Software Only" and not utilize all the power of the HP ZBook Studio. Older drivers are not accepted (compatibility warning), the latest one (recommended) doesn't fix this issue either.
