  1. Render & Replace should include effects

    There should be another Render & Replace function that operates like how Freeze effects work in other applications.

    It would be the equivalent to marking a section of your timeline, exporting it, re-importing it, and replacing it on the timeline. But it would also have a function to return to the original clip (so we don't have to keep the disabled original on another track) and would also include an option to choose to delete the "frozen" clip from the drive if we no longer want it.

    This would solve so many issues with stacking effects, export errors, and would…

  2. Better TC entry for timeline

    Currently, to go to a particular timecode in the Timeline you have to type all 8 digits, which is annoying and slow. Please allow:
    1) us to use "." to insert "00", which is faster and widely used elsewhere (ie - "1..." equals "01:00:00:00").
    2) us to type partial timecodes, allowing the hours / min / seconds to be understood by Premiere if they aren't entered. So if I'm at TC 01:02:15:00 and I want to go to the even 30 second point of that minute, I just type "30." or "3000" and hit enter. Premiere should assume the missing…
