*BUG* Output file location works less than half of the time (on Mac)
In the new export window interface in Premiere Pro (2022), the "Location" setting will get stuck and won't let me choose a new location. Same thing happens in Media Encoder (2022). I have to bounce between several projects a day and when the time comes to export, the location is usually stuck to whatever folder I exported the first video too. Like, I click the blue highlighted output location (shown in screen caps) and nothing happens. On Mac you're supposed to click this and then it will bring up Finder where you can assign the file's location.

To explain further how critical this bug is, when the export file location button is in the state described above, if you go into finder and delete the folder that it's stuck to, it will give you an error message saying the folder doesn't exist. So essentially, while the output location button is stuck, if for whatever reason the folder is moved or deleted, nothing can be exported. Should have also mentioned that closing the windows and doing a full system reboot doesn't fix the problem when the output setting is stuck like this. Eventually it will just work again, until it doesn't.
