Issue with changing audio channels
Hi,
Just downloaded Premiere 2022 (22.4.0) and it seems like there are times where - when I change the audio channels of a file, the audio doesn't actually change until I make an edit in it. So anytime I want to flip an audio channel, I have to make an edit to that clip, then undo it, in order to get the correct audio channel output.

Hi John, this should be fixed in the current public beta builds. Barring any errors this should appear int he next release.

Thanks so much John, that helped immensely. I was using a different set of steps that wasn't showing the issue. I've created a bug for this.
I found that if you alter the clip in the Project panel, which potentially alters all of the clips cut into the timeline, this works.
Depending on your workflow, this might be a viable workaround until this bug is fixed.
Again, thanks for the bug report. -

Sure thing! Hopefully you can hear it on this zoom record - but basically I'm flipping between 2 different mics on an interview using the "audio channels" feature. However, once I flip them, the wave form changes but the sound of the audio does not - until I make an edit, hit play, then it works and I can undo the edit and the audio is still correct. Appreciate any help you can provide on this!

I'm unable to reproduce this, but your steps are not terribly clear. Could you do a screen recording showing the bug so I can see what it going on?
