Premiere has gotten worse and worse in the way it loads Media. First, in the 2021 versions, it started taking considerably longer to load media. (Tested on different machines, different setups, different connections). On very large projects, the difference in time from pre-2020 is staggering, taking something like 4x times longer that it used to on 2019/2020 versions, even on older machines. Now on the 2022 version the situation is ever worse, as not only it takes FOREVER but it DOES NOT SHOW YOU AT WHICH POINT IN THE PROCESS IT IS!!! Are the software programmers/designers thinking that people only make short/simple little Youtube projects these days? Very large projects with many Terabytes of media are simple impossible to work with in these newer versions, it's terribly frustrating.
