Exporting still (JPEG in my case), made in and out points on same frame, if export set to RANGE: IN/OUT, in Quick Export or normal Export window, the In point is ignored, exports first frame only. Over and over again. OR, you can move playback head within the Export window to the correct frame...but still ignores any IN/OUT points and is a VERY inaccurate workaround.
