modifications to the new export panel
There are 3 issues i think needs to be addressed there:
1. when exporting in/out range (which is the most common use), the preview should narrow down just for this area
even worse, it actually keeps the marker where it is on the timeline, sometimes showing you a completely different part and makes you think you marked wrong your exporting area
plus by having the whole timeline shown, it the timeline is large and in/out area small, navigating could be a hassle
- in windows, have an options to use default windows interface to save filename. having to manually enter it without the option to choose a file and have the name entered so you can change a small part, or just to overwrite a file is annoying and I miss this A LOT
- more UI design matter, the import/edit/export tabs are too close and too similar to the windows names / tabs, and I often press import instead of changing a tab.. i think they can move it around or at least change the font size / style / color to make it distinct

Totally agree. This new panel is really bad. The previous window was much better, and more responsive. For example, to move the superimposed timecode to another position.
It is a clear example of how to make the experience worse.
