MultiTrack ProRes Files are Broken
MultiTrack ProRes files are broken in every version of Premiere Pro from 15.0 onwards. Everything but first track audio cuts out if Premiere Pro is clicked / defocused and will be permanently broken from this point.
This is a persistent bug, and isn't related to hardware, the files play and remain fine in 14.9 and below.

Yer same issue, seems to be something with AAC codec, using PCM_le doesn't cause an issue. Doesn't really fix this because a lot of software e.g. OBS default to AAC so audio codecs not always a choice.

Hi Richard
We've reproduce the issue here at Autokroma, thanks for the file.
It appears it doesn't happen with our own importer Influx ! It decodes all the tracks fine, even in the situation you described where the original importer stops decoding audio. So the issue is coming from the Adobe builtin importers. Hope that information helps Adobe fix the issue
