Bug Report: Subclip Metadata shows Video Out Point BEFORE Video In Point
version 22.1.2
See screenshot - in Metadata Panel, Video Out point on subclip is incorrect where timecode indicates it is BEFORE the Video In point. However, in the Project Panel, correct timecode for subclip is displayed.

It needs to be fixed. It should display the correct time duration.

Additional information:
I found that when creating a subclip, if the box is checked for restricting the clip to it's boundaries,
the timecode for the Video In/Out settings are correct, matching what is displayed in the Project Panel - however, if that box for restricting the subclip is not checked, I'll get an Video Out point with timecode before the Video In point. See attached video. In the beginning of video, I actually didn't have the 101-1 subclip selected - but later on in the video I do - and you'll see the timecode is correct (when I had checked the box for restricting the clip).
